Mission/Arts & Crafts Furniture
Around since the early 1900’s, mission style furniture is characterized by straight vertical and horizontal lines, square or rectangular legs, and square or rectangular spindles. Mission furniture is a heavy and durable style. Mission style is available for dining room, bedroom, office, living room, entertainment, etc.
Live Edge Furniture
An up-and-coming trend in recent years, live edge furniture allows you to enjoy the beauty and imperfections of the wood in a more natural state. Our live edge furniture is handmade using large, thick slabs of hardwood like black walnut, cherry, oak, maple, hickory, elm, and sycamore.
Rustic & Reclaimed Barnwood Furniture
The wood used in reclaimed barnwood furniture is now in its next stage of life. Barnwood is a unique category as it features wood that was used in a barn structure. Most barnwood is made from one of these wood species: oak, hickory, or chestnut. The color and grain of barnwood can vary due to the wood used. You can expect barnwood furniture to have some small holes, gauges & voids from its previous use in a barn structure. Barnwood style is most commonly used in dining room, bedroom, entertainment and occasional furniture.
Formal/Traditional Furniture
Characterized by curved legs and elegant European style, traditional style furniture is often handcrafted using cherry wood with a dark stain. This style features a sculpted base & crown molding, arched raised panels, and polished or burnished brass hardware. Traditional style goes well in a formal dining room or elegant bedroom.
Contemporary/Transitional Furniture
Blending traditional and modern design elements, Contemporary/Transitional furniture creates a look that is classic, yet modern. This style furniture tends to be sleeker as compares to shaker or mission style. Often featuring satin nickel hardware to accent the wood color.
Country Furniture
Dining room tables feature pedestals with turned pedestals or legs and chairs feature turned spindles with steam bent backs. Dining Hutches feature mullion grids in glass doors with crown and base moldings as well as raised panel doors & drawers. To give our country furniture a more primitive feel we offer distressing, rub-through and glaze.
